so we've been busy contacting press - had a really nice writeup in Playbill.com - http://www.playbill.com/news/article/118553.html

We're going to be featured in an article on Moviemaker.com, and lots more to come.

It's very exciting.

I just posted our new poster on our website. This comes from our distributor, Vanguard Cinema. Should have the DVD box art very soon.

did you guys see our latest review from The Independent Critic?

http://www.theindependentcritic.com/id941.html - it's really terrific. It's so nice that there are some people out there who really love the movie. Our job is to find them.

Tammy continues contacting press like crazy. Usually every day 1 or 2 press kits and screeners go out the door. Meanwhile we did a 1,000 piece mailing to Mom & Pop video stores. And now I've been calling every single store, ones we mailed to, and others we didn't asking them if they would consider carrying the movie. After they get over the initial shock that a producer is calling them directly, many of them warm up to the idea, and agree to get a few copies of the movie.

I've also been compiling a list of high school drama teacher email addresses. I get these by visiting the school websites, and hunting around for the drama club. Most of the drama teachers we've spoken to have been very enthusiastic about the movie. At least two teachers have actually shown the movie to their students. (we sent them advance screeners)
